Shipping policy
On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase (on season Christmas we need 5-7 business days)
Season Christmas from 1st Nov - 15 Jan 2019
Standard Shipping (default) the package will be delivered within 1-7 business days of post-production (on season Christmas we need 5-12 business days and delivery after Christmas)
2 days shipping the package will be delivered within 2 business days of post-production (we suggest using on Christmas Season deadline to order is Dec 19th)
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:
